Order, payment and delivery

What payment methods can I use with you?

You can pay with the following payment methods:

  • Visa/Dankort

What happens after I complete a purchase?

After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse, we will send an email with a track & trace number so you can follow the shipment. When your package is ready for pickup at the nearest parcel shop, you will receive a notification via both email and SMS.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you wish to change your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and provide your order number. As long as you have not received a shipping confirmation,
It is still possible to make changes. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to create a new order instead.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible so that we can

What delivery methods do you offer?

We ship all orders with PostNord. For purchases over 600 DKK we offer free delivery. Read more about delivery options on our delivery page.

Why can't I choose my own parcel shop?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose the parcel shop yourself - yet. We automatically choose the nearest parcel shop based on your address. If you have a specific request, you can add a comment to your order and we will try to accommodate your request.

How long does it take to receive my order?

From the time we receive your order, you can expect to receive it within 1-3 business days - either to your home address or the nearest parcel shop.

Returns, exchanges and complaints

How do I return a purchase?

We offer returns within 30 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be returned in the same condition as when received. Write to info@momentas.dk and you will receive a return form via email. Fill out the form and include it in the package you are returning.

How do I exchange a purchase?

You have the right to exchange your item for a different size or color within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the item must be in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an item for a different model. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please write to info@momentas.dk and you will be sent a return form by email. Fill out the return form, state the desired color and/or size and enclose it in the package you are returning. Once we have received your return package, we will ship the desired product to you as soon as possible.

Why do I have to pay for the return shipping myself?

You must pay for the return shipping yourself, as our products are made to order. For this reason, we have the right not to offer returns, but we still want to provide a good service. To reduce the number of returns because people just want to "try" the shirt, we have chosen that you must pay for the return shipping yourself.

When will I receive my refund?

The money will be refunded within 10 working days and the refund will be made to the same payment card used for the purchase.

What do I do if my item is broken?

If your product is defective/broken, please contact info@momentas.dk and we will handle your complaint. In accordance with the Danish Sales Act, we offer repair and replacement of the claimed product, and you have up to two years to claim your product. This will be done upon presentation of a receipt or order confirmation.

Gift card

How do I purchase a gift card?

If you would like to purchase a gift card, please contact our customer service and we will arrange delivery of the gift card together.

How long is a gift card valid for?

A gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. If you are in doubt about the expiration date of a gift card, please contact customer service.

How do I refund a purchase from a gift card?

Returns of purchases via gift cards are made in the same way as other returns of purchases. See more on our returns page. However, the refund amount will be paid to the gift card and not to a payment card.

How do I check my gift card balance?

Contact our customer service and they will inform you of the balance on the gift card.
